Why this is the most useful cheap document
Proof of address is the gate on almost everything: a letting agent, a bank, a phone contract, a school place, a gym, a delivery depot. It is also the cheapest thing we print, which makes it the natural first order for anyone who wants to test a vendor before committing to a $130 passport.
That is deliberate. A $35 loss is survivable. A $420 kit from a stranger is not.
PDF or printed
Two formats, same price, different jobs.

Printed copies go out on 90gsm white with a folded insert envelope so the creases land naturally. Not stapled flat — a bill that has clearly never been folded is a small tell.
Providers
Any major US or UK energy, water, broadband or council provider. Send the provider name and the bill style — paper statement, online statement PDF, or a reminder notice — and we confirm the layout before quoting. Layouts differ: a Con Edison statement and a Thames Water reminder look nothing alike, and a generic template with a logo pasted on is the usual weak point in this product.
Regional co-ops and municipal utilities are fine too, just slower to confirm.
Address matching
Send the address copied from your ID, not retyped. Abbreviation style matters — "Apt 4B" against "Unit 4B" against "#4B" is the kind of mismatch a clerk catches while you stand there.
If the bill is the only document you own, that is fine; just tell us the address you want and we will set it without an ID to match. If you are building a stack, order the ID in the same DM and everything comes out consistent.
What gets accepted, honestly
- Usually accepted: letting agent reference, gym, phone contract, parcel collection, school admin, most counter checks.
- Sometimes accepted: bank address change, council tax setup, credit checks at a counter.
- Not accepted as proof: anything that queries a live utility database — a supplier switch, some credit applications.
Bills dated within the last 90 days read as normal. Older ones get questioned. We date them to the current cycle unless you ask otherwise.

- Pay 50%.
- PDF within 24 hours, or a print dispatched with tracking.

How many pages?
Two — the statement and the reverse payment slip. Enough to look real, short enough to be cheap.
Can you do a bank statement instead?
Not currently. Bills only. Say so in the DM if a form specifically demands a bank statement.
