Why the age of a vendor matters more than its reviews
A Telegram vendor can manufacture reviews in an afternoon. A vendor cannot manufacture a channel history with dates spread over nine years, complaints that were left up, and a price list that was the same in 2023 as it is now.
That is what this page is for. Not a story — a record you can scroll.
Timeline
| Year | What happened |
|---|---|
| 2017 | Opened in a single Telegram group selling laminated paper IDs to students in the north of England. Forty-one orders in the first year, all by hand. |
| 2018 | Moved to PVC card stock after a run of laminate failures. First US orders. Introduced the staged 50/50 split, which at the time was unusual. |
| 2019 | Added utility bills and SSN cards after buyers kept asking for a second document to go with the first. Wrote the first version of the scam guide. |
| 2020 | Passports. Slower and harder than everything before it. Bindings were wrong for the first three months and every one of them was reprinted free. |
| 2021 | Template library rebuilt from scratch with state-specific portrait, seal and font work. The old one-design-fifty-recolours approach was retired. |
| 2022 | PDF417 encoding brought in-house. Previously outsourced and inconsistent. |
| 2023 | Current price list published and frozen. Added the $35 bill specifically as a cheap test order. Started the public vouch channel. |
| 2024 | Reply hours fixed and posted after years of answering whenever. Median first reply dropped from 40 minutes to 11. |
| 2025 | Flower added on the same channel because the same buyers kept asking. Regional carrier accounts set up for the UK and EU. |
| 2026 | 19,400 orders. Still no storefront, still no cart. Still DM only. |
Hours
09:00–23:00 US Eastern. 09:00–21:00 Central European. Seven days, no closures. Outside those windows you get a reply by 09:00 your region's morning and the queue runs first in, first quoted.
The hours exist because the alternative is worse. A vendor who says "24/7" is a vendor who is asleep at 4am and lying about it.
Guarantees
- Proof before payment. Every order, no exception. You see your details on the card first.
- Staged payment. 50% to start, balance after tracking resolves. Never 100% up front.
- 14-day free reprint on any defect we caused.
- Lost in transit, replaced. At our cost, no argument about whose carrier it was.
- Price held. The quote you are given is the total, shipping included, and it does not move.
- Complaints stay public. They stay in the channel with the resolution underneath.
What we are not
Not a state authority. Not a marketplace with a hundred sellers. Not affiliated with any DMV, passport office or the SSA. There is one person answering and a small print bench behind them, and the whole operation is deliberately that size because quality control collapses above it.
If you want a cart, a checkout and an order number, this will annoy you. If you want to talk to the person making the thing, it will not.
How to verify all of this
Three tests, in order of cost:
- Scroll the channel back to 2017 and look at the post dates.
- Find a complaint and read what happened next.
- Spend $35 on a utility bill and judge the eleven hours that follow.
Then read what other people found on the reviews page and the price list on the prices page.
