Shipping and Delivery
Plain envelopes, tracked carriers, dispatch photos. Shipping is included in every price — nothing is added at the end.
Packaging
Rigid plain envelope, no branding, typed address label, documents between two card stiffeners so nothing bends. Cards go in an inner sleeve. Nothing rattles, nothing says what it is.
Flower is vacuum sealed, bagged and boxed, and double-sealed on request at no charge.
Transit times
| Region | Transit after dispatch | Carrier |
|---|---|---|
| United States | 2–4 business days | Tracked national parcel |
| United Kingdom | 2–3 business days | Tracked 24/48 |
| European Union | 4–6 business days | Tracked cross-border |
| Canada | 4–7 business days | Tracked national |
| Australia / NZ | 6–9 business days | Tracked air |
Add production time on top. Production is 3–4 business days for an ID or licence, 4–5 for a passport, 24 hours for a bill.
Dispatch
On ship day you get two photographs — the sealed parcel with the label visible, and the documents laid out beside it — plus a tracking number. That is the point the balance becomes due, and it is due because those photos are the last thing you see before the parcel is out of our hands.
Paste the number into the carrier's own tracking page. You want an acceptance scan, not "label created".
Signature and safe place
Standard service is untracked-signature — left in a safe place or with a neighbour. If you want a signature on delivery, say so and it is $8. Worth it for a full kit, rarely worth it for a bill.
Losses and damage
If the tracking stalls for 10 business days with no movement, the carrier is asked to confirm a loss and the order is reprinted and resent at our cost. You do not pay again and you do not chase the carrier yourself.
Damage in transit is covered by the same 14-day reprint as any defect. Photograph the envelope before you open it if it arrives crushed.
Customs
Documents cross borders as flat paper and are almost never stopped. Where a customs charge arises on a flower parcel it is on the recipient. We do not under-declare or over-declare — the declared value is the real one.
What slows an order down
- An address given in a different format from your ID
- A missing apartment or unit number
- A PO box where a street address was needed
- Paying the balance before dispatch, which removes the pressure to ship
